WHAT IS Ignite Baits,LLC RETURN POLICY?

Unused items purchased from this website may be returned in their original condition within 15 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund, not including shipping charges.

Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by Ignite Baits or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and consumer is responsible for shipping costs on return and/or exchange requests.

Ignite Baits will not be liable for returns that are lost in transit or returned to the incorrect address, so please retain your tracking information.

 

IGNITE BAITS,LLC reserves the right to enforce a 20% return fee if:

1. Orders/Items are refused upon delivery
2. Returns are made without authorization
3. Returns are made past the 15-day return window
4. Items not returned in their original packaging
